Objective of the Role:

To cultivate attraction towards Grofers tech culture in the minds of external stakeholders and potential candidates.

 Role and Responsibility:

  • Proactively execute the communication campaigns that help increase the brand visibilities in a way that stays true to the employer brand claim.
  • Source and manage academic opportunities to maximize the company’s image across the media space.
  • Seek out and integrate events for company speaker appearances.
  • Connect with KOLs/Influencers in related communities.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on PR/Branding activities both internal and external to promote and support the mission, objectives and business goals of the company.
  • Coordinate and create external corporate newsletters.
  • Analyze social listening data report, observe and handle issues.
  • Maintain relationship with IT Faculties, analyze the needs and create promotional partnership opportunities to maximize the employer brand image.
  • Address opportunities to match demand with the right programs by applying appropriate communication strategies & campaigns.
  • Keep connections with high profile candidates & influencers.
  • Travel to places and various conferences to connect with stakeholders and improve the Grofers brand.
  • Organize and support open source community engagement programs.
  • Look for and bring forth the amazing stories and accomplishments at Grofers tech which deserve greater attention. 

Desired Skill and abilities:

  • Experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communications or similar roles.
  • Proven Experience in event planning and campaign management.
  • Good communication and presentation skills; comfortable as a public speaker.
  • Excellent writing skills in English. 
  • IT Industry background.
  • The person needs to have proven abilities in public relations and content publicity.
  • The person should be able to maintain relations with the tech community so as to identify talent and inspire a better brand image of grofers.
