This is a leadership position where you’ll be responsible for the entire innovation portfolio of user growth for us. You’ll be working closely with leaders across the organization to decide company-wide priorities and problems to solve. You’ll also be expected to mentor the team to help them solve these problems effectively.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be driving our innovation strategy and overseeing execution in consumer products for user growth.

This would require you to –

  • Use research, analytics, and experimentation to help us discover new strategies for growth. Lead product managers to drive these strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with leaders across the company to influence priorities and to maintain sync with company priorities.
  • Drive improvement in product practices to make collaboration more effective, to make the roadmap clearer and more impactful, to make prioritization more structured and to make discovery be more conclusive and insightful.
  • Devise the right measurement and monitoring systems in place to make sure we are always aware of what’s happening.

 

Desired Skills & abilities:

  • You have 8+ years of work experience in technology product space, with at least 2 years as a product manager in B2C
  • You have worked with cross-functional technology teams at scale
  • You have proven experience in leading teams to work in situations with high ambiguity and can take decisions with whatever information is available
  • You are well versed in communication (oral and written) skills
  • You are skilled in product practices around discovery, road mapping, and backlog management
